Police Say Thief Was Making the Rounds at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Campus
Theft Arrests Jeffrey Prate, 29, 208 S. Ardmore, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with felony theft and felony burglary after an incident at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, 155 E. Brush Hill, at 2:06 p.m. May 24.

Police: Man Tried to Run Officers Down with Car after Physical Confrontation
The Des Plaines man police shot to death in a strip mall in the 1900 block of E. Touhy Avenue on May 13 tried to run the officers down with his car after a physical confrontation, forcing the officers to shoot Salgado, Des Plaines police stated in a press release Wednesday.
