Two charged with arson in Lizon home blaze
Jackson County deputies have arrested two people in connection to an arson that completely destroyed the home of Peter and Stephanie Lizon, a Leroy couple that made news last year after allegations surfaced that Peter had held Stephanie against her will in the home and brutally tortured her.
