Tractor-Trailer Overturns On Route 5

The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office and Ripley Rescue were dispatched to a tractor-trailer accident on Route 5 in Ripley at 8 p.m. According to police, Lowell Farmer, 71, of Leetonia, Ohio, was driving his semi-tractor hauling a load of wood west on Route 5 when he lost control and left the north side of the road.
