Armstrong city officials learned there is a process in place if they wish to renegotiate their law enforcement dispatching fees.

Funeral services for Dolores Hoien, 81, of Armstrong will be held 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 30 at the Nazareth Lutheran Church in Armstrong with Pastor Vance Toivonen officiating.

With the doors closing on the Armstrong-Ringsted Elementary School in Ringsted this year, students completed their final day of classes on Wednesday.

RINGSTED?- As the clock ticks down toward a deadline for selling the Ringsted School building - or have it demolished - an eleventh-hour group asked the Ringsted School Building Committee Thursday night to give it a chance to take over the building.

One of those former students, Norman Rasmussen, said one of Alice's students who currently lives in California, knew May 8 was National Teacher Day.
