No charges in Kephart death

Three deputies and a sergeant from the Twin Peaks Sheriff's Station have been exonerated of any wrongdoing in the death of 43-year-old Crest Park resident Allen Kephart following a May 10, 2011 tasing incident in Rimforest, officials said.
