Fire Damages Mobile Home in Fox Township
A fire damaged a mobile home located at 113 Robin Road in Fox Township, Elk County at 1:05 p.m. May 29, the Ridgway-based state police reported.

Weird crime of the week: Peddler in pickup scams bargain-hunting meat seeker
The skinny: An Elk County resident cried foul when meat bought from a passing peddler turned out to be less than expected.
