Four state communities get hazard mitigation grants
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Four West Virginia communities are receiving a total of $1.3 million in federal grants to remove flood-damaged structures and maintain emergency preparedness.
Onnilee A. Haggerty, 86, ascended to the arms of Jesus with her family by her side at 9:25 p.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2012, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren.
