Associated Press A November 5, 2009 A RICHMOND, Calif. -- Police have released a 911 recording in which a young woman reports seeing a drunken, naked girl whom officers later said had been gang-raped on a high school campus.

It took so many years and some thing so terrible to happen to install very simple lights in such a very high crime area, a HIGH SCHOOL. The school is in a very noticeably high crime ridden location of Richmond and to have a section with out lights is just inviting trouble. Apparently the location has been a big problem for many years.
