How in the world could people stand by and watch...do nothing to help this poor girl...it's really scary to think that people wouldnt feel COMPELLED to do something...call 911...go tell somebody...SCREAM...i want to scream just reading about it.

Just a few months ago some girl on the side of the road thought a good Samaritan was going to help her with her car. The latino male then proceeded to rape her in her car. This happens every month all over the United States, just read the papers.
In San Diego a hispanic male was stalking women to their apartments and raping them in their homes for a few months then vanished.

The witness may have thought she was having SEX and not rape, if there was no struggle or screams and if it appeared she was enjoying it or OK with it. The teenage female could have been drunk or it started out as consensual sex.

The witnesses don't know the age of the teenager or if she was an adult or not. There is no damn long range sensor that allows you to easily tell the age of a teenage female versus an over 18 young woman, from FAR away.

The media and racist will try to sensationalize this story, but people with intelligence should wait until more facts come out before the judge.

Rape is a horrible crime and nobody should justify it and those that really did it should be jailed. However, going on crazed racist feminist witch hunts are not the answer either. Better to get and stick with the facts and not media generated hysteria.
