Man accused of sex with Bucks girl, 13
A 20-year-old Pohatcong Township, N.J., man has been charged with statutory rape and other offenses for allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old Richlandtown girl he met on the Internet, according to state police at Dublin.
James E. DiMarsico of 108 Bliss Blvd. allegedly met the girl in a chat room and had various telephone conversations with her before meeting her several times in Richlandtown, where they allegedly engaged in various degrees of sexual contact between Jan. 9 and Feb. 15, police said.
