A Richland man suffered moderate injuries Dec. 9 in a one-vehicle accident at 6 a.m. on Missouri Highway 17 at Route A. Merrel M. Breyer, 46, was driving north in a 2004 Chevrolet when the vehicle went off the right side of the road in a curve, striking an embankment and overturning.
