Huh that's funny I was told thru Boone county SD dispatch that since they don't hav animal control ( or any county that dosent hav )that any animal on ur property found to be damaging/or threatening (aggressive manner toward human, livestock, pets, even wildlife on ur property)out of city limits, can Be shot.

I've had dogs come up on me,in my woods hunting! Once while hunting with my bow&arrow. Luckily our state NOW(since 2009) allows us bow hunters to carry personal protection concealed weapons...aka my glock 10mm! Don't kno who the dog belong to,but after one attemp to "sheew" the dog off, it showed it's teeth & then seen the light.

Okay, White County Sherif has a record of shooting dog(s) and they get to harass the owners until they move out of town but normal citizens are charged for the exact same thing the White County Sheriff alledged for shooting the dogs. Although in truth, the dog(s) were family dogs who had just got loose. There is a huge double standard here for the HAVE and HAVE NOTS. So glad I do not live in that hateful little town anymore.

"the dog(s) were family dogs who had just got loose." From Logansport to Reynolds......... they just took a joy hike one afternoon and ended up in Reynolds huh? The dogs were owned by Logansport resident Paul Applegate.

There have been more than one incident involving White County Sheriff's Office shooting dogs FYI!...Is it so hard for you to understand or admit that there are double standards in that little bity town?
How about Kim Helms...think an ordinary citizen would have gotten such a little sentence? Think Mark Helms should have not been charged when everyone believes he knew about it? Think officials in that town don't drink and drive consistently and not get arrested like other citizens they choose to pull over?
Go take a seat in the circuit court and you will see the case of the haves'-...attorney's, banks, finance companies always winning over the have nots...working people who can't afford to hire pay by the minute attorney's to reverse unjust decisions!
You are out of your mind if you think justice is equal out there!
WAKE UP!!!
