If he is legal send him to jail if he is not send him back to where he came from and maybe he will never return to harm this child or any others.

You know if we just start killing these assholes, the rest of them will think about it before they do it. Look this is 2009 and it is still going on, when are we going to put a stop to this crap, the Police can't. you hurt a child or rape our woman you should be put to death on the spot, screw the court system, just start killing these bastards and the rest will think about it. you hurt a child you get turned over to the parents, and they can do as they wish to you, if your the parent hurting your child then let's just hit you in the head with a hammer for 2 days.
