Perfect....
Because first the officials stand solidly against the wishes of the citizens of Redford and Handy did the same thing many times...And the caliber of people who hang there after hours is the sort of people that Handy would consort with so it is fitting for the park that is in decline be named for the person who may ultimately proven to be the one township official who accelerated the demise of the township...

The ceremonial renaming of Capitol Park - in honor of the Handy family - will take place at 5:30 p.m. on Oct.

First the commission was against it, then after a note from Andy Dillon they were for it. Looks to me like Dillon is paying back Handy for the recall blocking..... Anyway, it will still be called Capitol park by most and will just add to confusion. Also many things are starting to pop up around that are now going to cost taxpayers more $. Handy simply lied about grant $ while taking and spending general funds from other departments to pay for his political and personal fundraisers.... |
