What happens in Berks County when a well-run legal establishemnt becomes too dangerous for the owners and customers because of its neighboring industry with threats of rape and death? Dealing and using? Fumes and gunshots?

Do the powers in the county shut down the industry or support them?

I already know the answers.

Really rather pathetic.....in a so-called civil society.

Of course speakeasy's are a dangerous problem. However, finding them often is a problem because they are advertised by word of mouth and the people in the neighborhoods don't report them because 1. they're going to them or 2. they're afraid of retaliation from the liquored up dregs of society that frequent them. It' not like these bums are putting up signs to advertise their locations.

1 Also, use and deal in them w/o fear of arrests.

2 Run by certain "groups", gangs

3 Profits!!!!!!!!!!

4 No regulations, LICENSES, appropriate insurance

5 Make community connections with other criminal groups
