Shouldn't this so called ADDAPT program be held responsible for allowing such a dangerous and violent criminal live on our streets and community?

Who was counseling and monitoring him and his behaviors?

Why should the citizens of Berks County become overrun with these vile perpetrators and convicted
criminals from Philadelphia?

Obviously, he was a danger to society - our immediate society - why?

Is ADDAPT another bleeding heart, money-making non profit set up to make money while putting our women's and childrens' lives in danger?

Someone made the decision to put him here and it was someone's responsibility to make sure we were
all safe from him.

They failed miserably. Now they should be sued, held liable, pay up, and sht down. It is a failed program!!!!!!!!!!
