Write-in votes making W. Reading races interesting
Write-in candidates made a strong showing in West Reading's primary races. In the race for four seats on council, incumbent Nathalie R. Kulesa, 66, led the Democratic ticket with 118 votes, followed by 97 write-ins. The third spot was rounded out by Grace M. Craze, 52, an assistant manager at a convenience store, who earned 92 votes.
