By MARY KATE MALONE Staff Writer A development group has offered to purchase four county-owned buildings in downtown Findlay for less than half of the Hancock County commissioners' asking price.
All Findlay city jobs that are slated to be cut on Friday can be saved, officials said Monday, but only if police and firefighters agree to pay cuts.
