Brownwood Council OKs Ranger College economic incentives
The Brownwood City Council voted Tuesday to give economic development incentives to Ranger College, with Mayor Bert Massey casting the deciding vote after a 2-2tie. Ranger College opened a campus in Brown County earlier this year.
