Stripes to remove canopy and gas tanks in Rancho Viejo

Rancho Viejo's hope of a Stripes store in the near future apparently will not come to fruition since there are plans to soon remove the old metal canopy and gas station tanks, adding another nail to the coffin of the store that used to be a Rancho Viejo landmark.
