Rancho Santa Margarita hires new city lawyer

City officials appointed a new city lawyer at their July 24 meeting. Council members chose Gregory Simonian of the Costa Mesa-based law firm Woodruff, Spradlin & Smart as Rancho Santa Margarita's attorney.
