A State Patrol car struck the side of a police car that made a U-turn in front of the trooper to chase after another car, according to a State Patrol report.

RAMSEY, Minn. - A Ramsey Police squad car and a Minnesota State Patrol squad car were involved in an accident in the north metro Tuesday afternoon, according to Anoka County Dispatch.

Cody Ray Stamnes, 2764 132nd Lane N.W., Coon Rapids, was charged with felony theft and receiving stolen property counts, while Ramsey residents Christopher Robert Bartlett and Dylan James Jensen, who both live at 5590 148th Lane N.W., were each charged with one felony count of receiving stolen property.
