When your mother teaches you to steal, lie, kill and cheat this is the outcome. The mother needs to go to jail. Know personally that the mother taught him everything he knows, would not be suprised if she was somehow involved. Of course she would turn him in to save her own hide. Those are kids that the system truly failed.
