Citigroup Stock Poised to Fall as $3 Billion Share Sale Dilutes Investors
Citigroup Inc. , the biggest U.S. bank by assets, may fall in New York trading today after offering to sell $3 billion of stock to raise capital amid writedowns on subprime-related mortgages and bonds. via Bloomberg
