Man charged with kidnapping ex-girlfriend
A Martinsburg man accused of grabbing his ex-girlfriend from another man's car and dragging her by the face through a mobile home park while allegedly threatening to kill her was arrested Thursday on charges of felony kidnapping and misdemeanor domestic battery.
