Doctor Seeing More Synthetic Pot Dec. 25

A South Dakota doctor says he's seeing more cases of synthetic marijuana use. Dr. Patrick Tibbles says about one person per day comes to the Rapid City Regional Hospital showing signs of synthetic drug use.
