Homeless Sexually Violent Predator Released In Pueblo

A sexually violent predator has been released in Pueblo. Emmanuel Bitsule is almost 24 years old, 5'5'', 170 lbs, Native American, with brown eyes and black hair, and a tattoo on his left arm.
