I worked there briefly, and the only thing I didn't like was at the time, they really enphasized Magazine Direct--getting people to sign on for 3 months of magazines free and then you pay for them. Most people wanted the product they called in to order, and that was it. I got tired of people getting mad about it, but i totally understood why they were pissed. I ususally order online, now, just to avoid it. They treated their workers pretty well there, though.
