That's not exactly how it happened.
The pickup driver was stopped and making a left turn when the cruiser approached at a high rate of speed, broadsiding the turning pickup. Lights and siren dont help when the problem is excessive speed. ....and lazy reporting. |

This reminds me of an accident that happened in Pryor back about nine or ten years ago. Does anyone remember the bright red, unmarked police car that used to race all through town, all the time? This guy tried this on old highway 20 some years back, and T boned a young girl trying to get out of his way. Tabitha Sitsler was her name and she turned left instead of right when he came racing up behind her. Thank God she was alright, though greatly shaken up. He was hurt and was loaded up into an ambulance. I am also glad it slowed his reckless ass down. He could have killed somebody, and it's a miracle he didn't kill HER. She had just gotten her license when this happened.
