Lewdness suspect arrested in Orem

I was having a conversation with some people by the pool at my building. They were all girls, they told me that they had climbed the fence a few weeks ago to get into the hot tub. While there, a man came to the fence wearing a hooded sweat shirt. He removed the lower portion of his clothing, and began, shall I say "Taking care of business". They were mortified. They didn't want to climb the other side of the fence because he would be that much closer to them, yet they didn't scream because they knew they were trespassing. They didn't report it to the police but this is a story I heard first hand from three of the girls. Too bad capital punishment isn't applied in these cases.
