Buyer's remorse? Bidder for DWI chair backs out of deal, according to Proctor police

The Proctor Police Department is having problems collecting from the individual they thought intended to purchase the motorized chair seized from a drunk driver, according to the Duluth News-Tribune. Apparently, the bidder said he never meant to enter a $10,999.99 bid on eBay.
