Its about time. Just because you dont want the kid dosent mean you dont have to support it. Its aobut time law said so. If you dont want a kid you should keep your pants zipped or wear a condom.

when my ex gave up his rights he did not have to pay me only the back he owed and thats been 3 years ago still dont get the money he wont keep a job |

Take him back to court. Now you have a supreme ocurt ruling in your favor for the entire amount. |

Of course a parent that gives up the right to the children should pay child support. The children still need to be raised, whether the parent who chooses not to see their children. What kind of person chooses to give up their children? Why would they think their actions would suddenly make the child non-existant??
The courts are smart enough to know this is usually done to try to get out of the child support - which shows how uncaring and selfish the sperm or egg donor is....which usually care more about the money than the children. You play, you pay!! |
