Snyders, Ristaus appeal decision in favor of eminent domain use to acquire their properties

That case was held in late November of 2011. Last week the city received notice the hold-out parties -- Vernon and Kay Ristau, John and Bernadette Snyder, and Douglas and Jane Snyder - had filed an appeal of the decision in the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
