Prescott Valley applicant pool is growing

The potential pool to replace former Town Councilman Henry Schmitt grew Wednesday with two residents picking up applications at the Town Clerk's office, a staffer said. Anthony Morrison and Teeni Moreno, who ran unsuccessfully for a council seat in 2011, picked up applications. Meanwhile, Walt Nagy, secretary-treasurer of the homeowners association board at the StoneRidge subdivision, said he downloaded an application from the town's website at www.pvaz.net and plans to submit it by the deadline at 5:30 p.m. this coming Monday.
