PDC rethinking road project

PRAIRIE DU CHIEN, Wis. -- The Marquette Road project in Prairie du Chien from Washington Street to Webster Street has taken a "sidestep," according to Joe Olson, director of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation southern region.
