Dr. Charles Rudder, longtime Knoxville dentist, dies in Arkansas

Dr. Charles Samuel Rudder, 85, a well-known dentist who practiced 45 years at the Medical Arts Building, died Sunday at his home in Lonoke, Ark., and was buried in New Gray Cemetery in Knoxville Friday morning.
