Teens charged in beating that killed Mexican national in Shenandoah

I pray that all the parents find the stregnth to cope with what lays ahead. Parents of ALL involved and that his children,(Luis's), grow up to know their father was a good man.

If these kids go to court with this; typical schuylkill county justice will raise its head again. The kids with money and atty fanelli will plea bargain and get nothing. The others will fall victim to the system.
If any restitution is given the county will steal it.
If they find out who bought the beer and who sold the beer to the kids the person and store should be charged with this murder too as accessories.

Try and get a lawyer to get it and you are told it will cost you more than that to get it.

Well, I think this type of crime in our community and the majority of the community response (in favor of the white kids) qualifies us to be backward redneck town. I don't think you will be able to find a fair jury here in this district. Truth be known, if the kids don't get convicted, the Federal Government will step in. The U.S. Attorney General's Office will charge with murder along with a hate crime, that's probably the only way them kids will be convicted.

What will athorities do with this mess, I hope teaching a few a good lesson is in order. Young boys are always welcome in a correctional facility. Sad but true. Idiots breed idiots.

If there is going to be justice the U.S. Attorney should have taken over the case already and moved it out of the area.

This is exactly the way I see the US government working, we defend a country that seems to be taking us for whatever we have and what we've worked for or what is rightfully ours, but then they claim we cannot claim. I'm sorry about your situation and yet everyday that I hear stories like yours, it infuriates me to think that this is supposed a great nation. With a government like ours, and all the racist issues that exist, is it really??
