Portville woman charged with welfare fraud
A Portville woman has been charged with welfare fraud by Cattaraugus County sheriff's deputies for not reporting her husband's wages.

Lamar A. Keys, 32, of 6 Moore Drive, Warren, Pa., was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana Friday at 9:15 p.m. Officers pulled over a vehicle on Arterial at Prather Avenue for allegedly having inadequate tail lights.
