Wow. I didn't know they were seeking the death penalty. Does anyone know anything about this case? I'm sure plenty of people on here do.

death penalty is correct !!! It wouldnt suprise me though if she was to be on death row for years another piece of crap us tax payers will be supporting...

Most states just don't want to execute a woman, so I doubt that she'll get it. Even if she does, it will probably get overturned and she'll get life instead.

Kara Garvin is not guilty of murder!!! We have an ALL KNOWING GOD,HE DOES KNOW whos guilty. Kara has a praying family and GOD will prevail in the verdict. Talk comes cheap, sometimes situations are set up to make it look like a person is guilty of something they did NOT DO, such as this case!!!

There really is some suspicion that she did not do this- just chosen by the good ole boys at the Scioto County Sheriff's Dept. that don't know what the hell they're doing. They haven't managed to come up with any real evidence yet. She did not turn herslf in like they said-she just went down to talk to them after they asked and BAM- handcuffs.
