Best things to see in Portland, Oregon: Lan Su Chinese Garden
We experienced the Lan Su Chinese Garden on a rainy day with sun breaks. The Garden is beautiful in all weather conditions and in all seasons.
Our Opinion: Old Town/Chinatown needs bold action
That sentiment is somewhat understandable. Despite marvelous attractions in the district, such as the Lan Su Chinese Garden and the iconic Chinatown Gate, the area also is burdened by homelessness, crime and drug use.
