WATERFORD, Conn. - The Millstone 2 nuclear reactor in Waterford remains shut down, four days after lightning apparently hit a power line and affected power systems.

The body of a 2-year-old who died in 2007 and was buried in Stamford was found Sunday in a plastic bag on the banks of the Passaic River in Clifton, N.J. Police believe the body had been stolen from its grave.

Fifty years ago, as the clock ticked toward 3 p.m., a small band of men waited nervously for the moment when they would make history by airing the first television program in Baltimore.

On June 19 and today, a crew of film industry professionals from New York , California and Connecticut, shot several scenes on the campus for a short film titled "Down to the Wire."
