Suspect found in ag theft
Detectives from the Tulare County Agricultural Crimes Unit investigated the theft of a wood splitter that took place between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. Wednesday, March 5 on Road 260 and Avenue 104 in Porterville. via Porterville Recorder
