Councilman seeks environmental review of Porter Ranch drill site
Porter Ranch residents are enthusiastic about a city councilman's call on Tuesday for an environmental impact report on the oil drilling proposal of Long Beach-based The Termo Co., which operates 18 wells in the nearby Aliso Canyon Oil Field in the Santa Susana Mountains.
