Jun. 26, 2009 3:56 p.m. Port Washington a ' It took the help of three expert deep water divers to bring to the surface the body of their friend, a scuba diver who drowned Thursday evening in 300 feet of water in Lake Michigan about nine miles southeast of Port Washington harbor, an Ozaukee County Sheriff's lieutenant said Friday.
