FDIC orders Port Orange bank to correct problems

Federal regulators hit Sunshine State Community Bank of Port Orange with a cease-and-desist order that states the bank "has engaged in unsafe or unsound banking practices and has committed violations of law and/or regulations." The order, issued Sept.
