Teen charged after turning off power to fridge at BOCES during break
A Lewis County teen is in trouble with the law following an incident at BOCES. According to the Lewis County Sheriff's Office, Justin Morhan, 16, of Port Leyden has been charged with third-degree criminal mischief.
