Teen critical after car surfing incident in North Port

A Port Charlotte teen is in critical condition after car surfing in North Port . According to North Port Police Department, officers responded to a one vehicle crash at South Yorkshire Street and Eastman Circle just before 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
