A Port Tobacco man who had been listed in critical condition since being struck in a hit-and-run accident while cycling earlier this month died Sept.

A La Plata man died Tuesday evening when his motorcycle was hit in White Plains by a car whose driver failed to yield right of way while attempting a U-turn onto southbound U.S. 301, police reported.
