Angelina County Sheriff's investigators have arrested a Lufkin man accused of stealing numerous bottles of liquor and a 12-pack of beer from a Mexican restaurant in the Pollok area.

A Pollok man who accepted a probation sentence for shooting at a pickup in August 2010 is now on his way to prison.

The 38-year-old Saenz, from Pollok, was arrested in April 2009. Authorities said two witnesses saw her pour bleach into syringes and traces of it were found in dialysis machine tubing.

Jury selection is entering a third week in Lufkin the case of a former dialysis nurse accused of killing five patients by injecting them with bleach.

Alice Shianne Horton, 21, also pleaded true to a probation violation, stemming from a meth bust conviction in 2009.

Eight more jurors are needed for the Kimberly Saenz case. Kimberly Clark Saenz, 38, of Pollok, is charged with capital murder and five counts of aggravated assault, stemming from a 2008 case in which five people died and five were severely injured at the Lufkin DaVita dialysis clinic.
