Kauai police arrest wanted man after chase through Poipu
Licke made his initial court appearance Monday and was being held at the Kauai Community Correctional facility for his outstanding warrants relating to failing to appear for arraignment on a Criminal Contempt of Court, and for a non-appearance and non-compliance to substance abuse evaluation order.
